Refund Policy

Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.

Reimbursable cases

• Full refunds are applicable within the first 7 days of use.

• If you have chosen a subscription by mistake instead of the desired one (this means that you want to buy a 3-month service and have mistakenly chosen and paid for a year or less), you can also contact us to proceed with the refund after (the evaluation of the case).

Non-refundable cases

• The refund will be refused if it comes from a malfunction on your part (A bad connection, a defective device, and others).

• Our big team is always ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if you can’t set up the Viavod service on the devices you have for any reason, it won’t include refunds. Please see and learn the necessary tutorials on setting up IPTV.

Steps to request a refund

1- Use the contact form or send an email via: support@viavod.com to request a refund.
2- Use the same email address you have used to purchase our services.
3- Include your username and your WhatsApp number.

Our support team will review your request and will respond to you as soon as possible.
